While tracing the journey and evolution of food habits from Dabbawalas and home chefs to cloud kitchens, the students will share valuable insights on the influence that changes in technology, climate, infrastructure, socio-economic ecosystem, different farming methods, new age lifestyles, increased focus on health and wellness has had on food. The students will take you on a journey in which the visitors to the stall will witness the transition from home kitchens to cloud kitchens.
